ANBI
Een binnen- of buitenlandse organisatie kan door de Nederlandse Staat als ‘ANBI’ (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling) worden aangemerkt. Dit heeft fiscale voordelen voor die organisatie zelf en ook voor de Nederlandse belastingbetaler die een gift (bijvoorbeeld een schenking) doet aan die organisatie. Stichting Poppodium Baroeg is aangewezen als een culturele ANBI. Giften en schenkingen aan culturele ANBI’s zijn tot 125% aftrekbaar voor de Belastingdienst.
Als ANBI is Baroeg verplicht een aantal zaken openbaar te maken, te weten:
– KvK uittreksel
– Statuten
– Jaarrekening 2024
– Jaarverslag 2024
Donaties kunnen worden gestort op bankrekeningnummer NL32 RABO 0159 0110 94 t.a.v. Stg. Poppodium Baroeg.

PBO
An inland or abroad organisation can be signed up by the Dutch government as ‘PBO’ (Public Benefit Organisation’. This has some fiscal benefits for the organisation itself, but also for the Dutch taxpayer that sends a gift (for example a donation) to an organisation. Baroeg also has this ‘PBO’ grade and is therefore obliged to make these matters public:

– Articles of association
– Annual accounts 2024
– Annual report 2024
