ANBI
Een binnen- of buitenlandse organisatie kan door de Nederlandse Staat als ‘ANBI’ (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling) worden aangemerkt. Dit heeft fiscale voordelen voor die organisatie zelf en ook voor de Nederlandse belastingbetaler die een gift (bijvoorbeeld een schenking) doet aan die organisatie. Part of the measures of the Dutch government to get the Corona virus under control is that no events can take place until the 1st of September 2020. This means that Baroeg won’t have any income from the visitors between March and August (entry recettes, catering turnover, etc.), while there are costs that are made.

PBO
An inland or abroad organisation can be signed up by the Dutch government as ‘PBO’ (Public Benefit Organisation’. This has some fiscal benefits for the organisation itself, but also for the Dutch taxpayer that sends a gift (for example a donation) to an organisation. Baroeg also has this ‘PBO’ grade.
